   Distillery Experience Includes:

  • Welcome gin cocktail on arrival
  • Tour of our distillery
  • Guided tasting of 5 spirits in our bar area
  • 10% discount on the day in our shop

The experience begins with a large G&T in hand, then a short tour around the production area where you can see our stills, learn about our story & how our processes vary for the different spirits we craft. You will then take your seat at our tasting table in the distillery bar area to sample a selection of our gins & rum for a guided tasting, understanding how each one is specifically made.

Guests will also have the option to stay in the bar area afterwards & purchase a G&T or cocktail to enjoy – If the weather is nice our patio area will be open! Each experience lasts around 2hrs in total.

Enrol at our weekend Rum Academy as we take you on a journey through the history of rum and how we produce our own range of British rums from scratch at our distillery in Oxfordshire.

Students will discover the Master Blender within themselves, blending their own unique signature bottle of rum to take home using our collection of cask aged rums. As this academy is after hours, you’ll also get 3 rum cocktails throughout the evening.

This is a British rum first! Unlike any rum experience available in the UK, our distillery offers a diverse range of rum profiles to blend with. Our inventory includes rum aged in ex-bourbon, Islay, brandy, Moscatel, virgin oak varieties & sherry varieties.

Your unique rum recipe will even be kept on file at our distillery so you can order another bottle of your masterpiece in the future. The Rum Academy lasts approx 2hrs in total.
