]]> Enrol at our weekend Rum Academy as we take you on a journey through the history of rum and how we produce our own range of British rums from scratch at our distillery in Oxfordshire.

Students will discover the Master Blender within themselves, blending their own unique signature bottle of rum to take home using our collection of cask aged rums. As this academy is after hours, you’ll also get 3 rum cocktails throughout the evening.

This is a British rum first! Unlike any rum experience available in the UK, our distillery offers a diverse range of rum profiles to blend with. Our inventory includes rum aged in ex-bourbon, Islay, brandy, Moscatel, virgin oak varieties & sherry varieties.

Your unique rum recipe will even be kept on file at our distillery so you can order another bottle of your masterpiece in the future. The Rum Academy lasts approx 2hrs in total. Our booking calendar shows availability for the next 60 days ahead.

Rum Academy £80 pp & Includes:

  • Welcome rum cocktail on arrival
  • Tour of our distillery & a history of rum

The rum scored 89/100 across 3 categories of taste, branding & value for money. We are absolutely delighted to scoop this award within a few months of launching.

The judges commented “This white rum boasts tropical notes on the nose and palate, complemented by a well-balanced profile with smoothness and hints of pepper and spice.”
