]]> Introducing Big Phil – a 650 Litre electric copper pot still with a 6 plate side column that has been custom made for our distillery.

Just delivered and built over the weekend, he will be wired & plumbed in this week before a cleaning run to commission him.

Big Phil will allow us to now produce rum & whisky on site at our new distillery which we are super excited about. More to come on this as the week progresses.
