Almost 12 months since we started to make rum, it’s taken a lot of fermentations to fine tune the flavour profile until it was absolutely perfect. Forget what you know about white rum. This is full of flavour, incredibly smooth for an unaged rum and super diverse for drinks & cocktail making.

Unfiltered. Unsweetened. Bottled at a delicious 41.5% abv.

Nose: Vanilla, white chocolate, coconut husks.
Palate: Burnt sugar, cracked black pepper, liquorice.
Finish: Smooth & creamy.
