Come join us on Saturday 2nd May as we launch our new age statement rum that we are keeping top secret until launch day.
We started making rum nearly 4 years ago so this has been a long time in the making & we are almost ready to share it with you all.

The distillery doors are open to take a look around & our head distiller will be on hand to offer a tasting of our new rum.
The bar will be open from 12pm all day for drinks, featuring a short cocktail menu based around our new rum. The pizza oven will be on the terrace serving a special jerk chicken pizza.

Free to attend, dog friendly as always. We hope to see you there to celebrate with us!

Students will discover the Master Blender within themselves, blending their own unique signature bottle of rum to take home using our collection of cask aged rums. As this academy is after hours, you’ll also get 3 rum cocktails throughout the evening.

This is a British rum first! Unlike any rum experience available in the UK, our distillery offers a diverse range of rum profiles to blend with. Our inventory includes rum aged in ex-bourbon, Islay, brandy, Moscatel, virgin oak varieties & sherry varieties.

Your unique rum recipe will even be kept on file at our distillery so you can order another bottle of your masterpiece in the future. The Rum Academy lasts approx 2hrs in total. Our booking calendar shows availability for the next 60 days ahead.

Almost 12 months since we started to make rum, it’s taken a lot of fermentations to fine tune the flavour profile until it was absolutely perfect. Forget what you know about white rum. This is full of flavour, incredibly smooth for an unaged rum and super diverse for drinks & cocktail making.

Unfiltered. Unsweetened. Bottled at a delicious 41.5% abv.

Nose: Vanilla, white chocolate, coconut husks.
Palate: Burnt sugar, cracked black pepper, liquorice.
Finish: Smooth & creamy.

Signature Serve – Daiquiris, Mojitos or mix with a premium cola or pineapple juice.

Our spiced rum is 40% ABV and features 7 botanicals from the Caribbean that give a vibrant spiced profile. Nutmeg, Cassia, Vanilla Pods, Ginger Root, Toasted Coconut , Orange Peel, Tonka Beans. It’s the perfect mixing rum for ginger beer or coke and fresh lime.

Also available from launch date is our chocolate rum. Also at 40% ABV, crushed cacao husks are soaked in our white rum for a week before bottling. These organic & exquisite cacao shells have been sourced from Peru, home to the finest variety of cacao tree on the planet, the Pure National species. This rum is perfect served neat on the rocks. It also bodes well in espresso martinis or rum old fashioneds.

Both rums are available to order from our online shop or drop by our distillery store to sample and grab a bottle.
