]]> It’s that time of year again where we make our annual market residency at The Oxford Christmas Market on Broad Street in the city centre.

This year its running for a huge 24 days in a row up till the 23rd December.

Sunday – Thursday 10am-6pm

Friday & Saturdays 10am-8pm

We have a great selection of gins & rum available to sample and of course, our xmas stocking fillers will be in stock with half bottles and miniature gift sets on offer.

]]> Calling all sloe berry pickers. We need your sloes! Harvest season is almost upon us and we need berries for our next batch of sloe gin that will come out in October 2024.

We will also take Damsons this year!

Every 3kg will get you a half bottle of this years sloe gin release in a few weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: We require sloes to be delivered to our distillery in specific conditions otherwise they will be rejected. See full details below.

  • Sloes must be ripe. That means no hard berries, they should be soft and bouncy like a ripe blueberry.
  • No stalks attached to the berries. This turns the gin bitter.
  • Berries must be washed, free of insects, dirt & leaves.

If you wash them in the sink and fill with water, you can also discard any off/mouldy berries that float. Good berries will sink.

You can deliver them to us frozen or fresh. Please do contact us to let us know you are coming to the distillery to drop off.

Distilled with an array of citrus forward botanicals inspired by our trip to the Amalfi coast, this is a crisp and refreshing gin that’s the ultimate summer sundowner. Bursting with pink grapefruit & zippy lime which gives way to floral lemons. Serve tall with tonic & fresh lime.

]]> It’s Launch Day – Introducing our brand new CHERRY GIN πŸ’

An absolute autumn & winter banger. This gin stays true to our house style with piney juniper prominent alongside voluptuous maraschino & sweet spices. Absolutely no sugar/flavours/colours added!!!

We are extremely proud of this gin after starting work on this 12 months ago. Unfortunately we were let down at the 11th hour from a cherry supplier and had to shelve the launch until this years cherry harvest season. This gin has been created with sustainability in mind as we got 75kg of cherries from a fruit farm that were destined for landfill. They were either too small, too large or contain minor skin imperfections that made them unsuitable for their supermarket contracts. Fortunately for us, they taste just as good so we stuck them in some gin!

We soak the juicy cherries in our gin base for 7 days before we add fresh vanilla pods, orange zest & a sprinkle of cassia to finish.

Delicious when served with Indian tonic water but equally as good with bitter lemon or a lemon tonic water & orange garnish. Or why not break the rules & serve with cola… πŸ‘Š
