Our delicious organic English Apple Brandy is launching today with only 110 bottles up for grabs.
Last year we collected 2 tonnes of apples from around Abingdon that were going to waste and put them to good use. The apples were mulched & pressed for their juice which we fermented for 2 weeks into a cider. The cider was then distilled in Big Phil to create a crisp apple spirit which we have aged for 12 months in ex-whisky casks.
This orchard spirit captures the true terroir of Oxfordshire apples using 16 different varieties from the 2023 harvest season.
An explosion of crisp green apple, apple pie & toffee on the palate backed up with a delicious oak toastiness & spice with great depth.
