Bespoke Gin Creation / Contract Distilling:

If you are looking to create a bespoke gin from scratch or personalise a batch with a custom label then we would love to hear from you.

We can create a bespoke recipe for you from your brief and take care of everything from distilling to bottling & labelling. Bringing a new concept or brand to life from an idea is what we were founded on.

We also offer a rapid white label service where you can choose a recipe from our catalogue of spirits & personalise the label and bottle. We can have this bottled and ready for dispatch in just 2 weeks.

There isn’t a set price we can advertise as standard due to costs varying quite significantly according to a lot of factors. E.g. number of units, ABV of the spirit, bottle sizes, etc.

Tastings:

If you are looking for a corporate team building activity or some friendly fun then we can host tastings both on site at your premises or we can do these virtually over Zoom. Our tasting events usually run for 1 hour & are hosted by our owner & our brand ambassador but we can of course tailor this time to a required format should this be needed.

The usual running order for our tasting is as follows:

Gin tasting box will be mailed to each person in advance
Introduction to our distillery & spirits
Tasting of our spirits with serves
Mini gin quiz competition to win a bottle of your choosing
Q&A to round things off

The gin tasting box includes the following:

Gin trio miniature pack – 3 x 5cl gins
Paired premium mixers x 3
Garnishes for each serve
Savoury snack pack
Tasting notes

We will require 2 weeks notice to prepare the boxes and deliver them in advance of the tasting date. Glassware & ice will be needed and to be supplied by the attendee. Please contact us to get a quote for your event.

Copper Pot Distilled

We distil all our spirits the traditional way using our copper pot still, Jenny. She plays a huge part in producing our smooth & flavoursome award-winning spirits.

One Shot Method

All our gins are distilled using the ‘one shot’ method. Only purified water is added post distillation and we don't use concentrates, artificial colours or flavourings

Small Batch

We produce hand crafted spirits with the utmost quality. Each batch Jenny produces is no more than 65 bottles so we can keep total control on production quality levels.
