English Whisky Tour & Tasting | Oxfordshire Whisky Experience

Discover how English single malt whisky is made. Tour our working distillery & taste some of our small batch rare whiskies. We always have a distillery only exclusive whisky bottling available.

Whisky Tours & Tastings

Join us on selected Fridays at 12pm & Saturdays at 2.30pm for our whisky tour & tasting, a great experience for any whisky lover.

Starting with a whisky cocktail on arrival, we will show you around our distillery, meet our stills and introduce how we ferment, distill & age our single malt whisky, diving deep into brewing & cask selection.

During the tasting you’ll sample fresh new make spirit before progressing through whiskies matured in different cask types, allowing you to experience how oak transforms spirit over time.

It’s a great intro to our whisky story whether you are a seasoned whisky drinker or completely new to the category.

Every Whisky Tour guest has the opportunity to purchase an exclusive single cask whisky that is never released online or through retailers. These limited bottlings come from rare casks selected by our master distiller and are available only to visitors attending the tour. Once the cask is gone, it will never be repeated.

£30pp & Includes:

  • Whisky cocktail on arrival
  • Tour of the distillery & our whisky still
  • Discuss our grain, yeast & cask selections.
  • Tasting of new make spirit, 2 x whiskies & a distillery exclusive limited edition.

What Whisky Tour Guests Say

Delicious!

An intriguing and exceptional inaugural release that demonstrates just how much flavour and complexity can be achieved from a relatively young English single malt. The combination of ex-bourbon maturation and Château Margaux red wine cask influence creates an appealing balance between rich fruit, sweetness and classic malt character. A distillery that now has another incredible spirit in their stable and one to watch very closely

I just wanted to drop you a note to say how much we enjoyed our visit to the distillery for the launch of your whisky. It was a really good event. The whisky tasting glasses are lovely.

Phenomenal Place

The distillery was not what I expected, so different from others I have visited. Phenomenal, compact and quite clearly a Labour of love. Definitely worth the 500 mile round trip .Totally mind blowing experience and I learnt a lot . Distillation is a real science but when you add in the art and the passion it is mesmerising. Best of luck for your future.

Copper Pot Distilled

We distil all our spirits the traditional way using our two copper pot stills. They play a huge part in producing our smooth & flavoursome award-winning spirits.

One Shot Method

All our gins are distilled using the ‘one shot’ method. Only purified water is added post distillation and we don't use concentrates, artificial colours or flavourings

Small Batch

We produce hand crafted spirits with the utmost quality. Our batches are no more than 130 bottles so we can keep total control on production quality levels.
