We are delighted to announce that we will be launching a new cask aged gin in time for summer 2021.
Delivery of our gorgeous 64 litre octave whisky cask arrived this week. Made out of European oak, this beauty has spent all her life ageing single malt whisky from Speyside and we are so happy we have managed to get a hold of one that will really do our London Dry gin proud. Speyside whisky is on the lighter side of Scotlands various whisky offerings with prominent flavours of toffee, stone fruits, raisin and subtle spices.
Once the cask is filled it will be a good 3-6 months before we can bottle our new amber liquid. Batch 1 we expect to have around 100 bottles and pre-orders will be available via our online gin shop around spring 2021.
