Single Malt Cask Finish
Our London Dry gin aged in ex-single malt whisky casks from Speyside marrying juniper with bright citrus, marmalade & a sweet maltiness.

Port Cask Finish
Rested in ex-ruby port barrels creating a gin that is red fruit driven with soft vanilla & toasted oak. Makes an amazing gin & tonic or a delicious pink Negroni.

Aged in ex-wine casks from the island of Madeira, the gin has developed a rich flavour profile of powerful Christmas spices, raisins & vibrant orange notes.

Copper Pot Distilled
We distil all our spirits the traditional way using our copper pot still, Jenny. She plays a huge part in producing our smooth & flavoursome award-winning spirits.
One Shot Method
All our gins are distilled using the ‘one shot’ method. Only purified water is added post distillation and we don't use concentrates, artificial colours or flavourings
We produce hand crafted spirits with the utmost quality. Each batch Jenny produces is no more than 65 bottles so we can keep total control on production quality levels.
