One of the craziest spirits we have ever produced! We wanted to push the boundaries of craft gin production & create something truly different. Introducing our Cask-Aged Gin. Our signature London Dry gin is aged for a secret length of time in Octave casks from a Speyside distillery in Scotland. Originally an Oloroso sherry cask, they then matured a single malt whisky for over a decade, taking on rich new complex flavours. A double gold medal winner!

Tasting Notes –
Nose: Lemon, candied stone fruits, subtle woody hint.
Palate: Caramel & marmalade notes at the front backed up by the Juniper & sweet spice from our London Dry.
Finish: Light vanilla. Warming with mild tannin & a dry spice from the European oak.

Signature Serve – Serve tall over ice with a premium ginger ale or use in a martini. This gin can also be enjoyed neat.
