Wild Oxen Rum was born out of wanting to create something different, unique & adventurous in flavour profile. We are proud to be a distillery that makes their own rum from scratch right here in Oxfordshire.
Our Pure White Rum is slowly fermented for 14 days in open top fermentation tanks for maximum flavour creation. Distilled using our copper pot & column still, our rums are exceptionally smooth & unique with notes of vanilla, white chocolate, coconut & cracked black pepper.
We also ferment molasses rums & high ester styles.


Bold, New World Rum.

The Wild Oxen Rum range now boasts four great expressions. Our Pure White rum showcases our craftsmanship in its purest form. Unfiltered, unsweetened and bottled at 41.5%, its smooth & structured yet packed full of flavour.
Spiced & Chocolate varieties offer striking flavour profiles whether you are a mixer or a sipper. Great for cocktails & built drinks, creativity is endless.
The Maple Cask rum is aged for 1 year in ex-maple syrup casks from the USA. An explosion of baking spices on the palate with an unbelievable long finish on the palate.
Barrel Aged Rums

We have laid down our white rum in a wide variety of exceptional barrels from around the world.
Our first 3 year old rum will launch in spring 2026 with some single cask releases to follow later in the year.
