Our Inaugural Release is a limited edition bottling of an ex-bourbon cask & a French red wine cask from one of the most prestigious wineries in the world, Château Margaux.

Made from 100% floor-malted English barley, fermented over 8 days in open top wooden washbacks using 2 yeast strains, and aged on site at our distillery for just over 3yrs.
This single malt whisky showcases an incredible range of flavour & depth to it.

Nose – Dark Chocolate, Stewed Plums, Black Cherry, Honey.
Palate – Smarties, Tart Raspberry, Malted Milk Biscuits, Vanilla.
