Aged for 12 months in an ex-Islay whisky quarter cask, this rum has developed a beautiful smokey profile thats soft, sweet & bottled at a hearty 45% abv.

Limited to 125 bottles only as a one off, Project 99 is a culmination of 9 different molasses & panela fermentations vatted together & aged in cask.
