Fresh Yorkshire rhubarb is macerated with our award-winning gin & English red rose petals. This results in a beautiful soft gin liqueur thats packed with zingy rhubarb juice & gentle floral notes. Absolutely delicious on its own sipped over ice, it also pairs exceptionally well with a premium tonic water or some fizz.

Tasting Notes –
Nose: Zingy rhubarb & fresh rose
Palate: Sweet & tart rhubarb with piney juniper
Finish: Soft rose & floral notes

Signature Serve – Add 50ml to make a summer Spritz cocktail with dry prosecco & soda. Garnish with fresh apple.
