Description
Our English apple brandy is made using 100% waste organic apples that we have handpicked within a 10 mile radius of our distillery. This orchard spirit captures the true terroir of Oxfordshire apples using over 16 varieties.
Aged for a minimum of 12 months in ex-whisky casks and bottled at 40% abv. An explosion of crisp green apple, caramelised apple tarte tatin on the palate backed up with a delicious oak toastiness, honey & spice.
This 2024 vintage release is limited to only 220 bottles.
