Description
Our English apple brandy is made using 100% waste organic apples that we have handpicked within a 10 mile radius of our distillery. This orchard spirit captures the true terroir of Oxfordshire apples using 16 different varieties from the 2023 harvest season.
Aged for 12 months in ex-whisky casks and bottled at 42% abv. An explosion of crisp green apple, apple pie & toffee on the palate backed up with a delicious oak toastiness & spice with great depth.
This 2023 vintage release is limited to only 110 bottles.
