We make the World’s Best Sloe Gin in 2025!

Our secret dry gin base is laid down with fresh wild sloe berries hand-picked from the Oxfordshire countryside and left to macerate for a huge 12 months in our tanks. This time consuming process results is a delicious ruby red liquid bursting with a deep & rich flavour that is definitely worth the wait for. No artificial colours, flavourings or sloe concentrate added.

Tasting Notes –
Nose: Powerful sweet spices, cherry & plum.
Palate: Tart redcurrant & cassis, clove & hints of almond
Finish: Smooth mouthfeel with a balanced sweetness at the end

Signature Serve – This is the perfect winter warmer & can be sipped neat. You can also add a splash to a glass of Champagne to create a Sloe Gin Royale. Build tall over ice with lemon tonic & a slice of orange for a refreshing long drink in the summer.
