Our pure white rum is fermented & distilled right here in our distillery from unrefined cane sugar over 14 days.

This isn’t your usual white rum. Incredibly structured & full of flavour. Hand crafted from start to finish. British rum. Rum reborn.

Tasting Notes –
Nose: Vanilla, white chocolate, coconut husks.
Palate: Burnt sugar, cracked black pepper, liquorice.
Finish: Smooth & creamy.

Signature Serve – Daiquiris, Mojitos or mix with a premium cola or pineapple juice.
